Crown and bridge work involves the restoration of your natural teeth that have been damaged, decayed or lost for many reasons including wear and tear. Crowns and bridges can correct missing teeth, bite dysfunction, functional or structural problems. A crown can restore an individual damaged tooth back to its original form and function, while a bridge can replace one or more teeth. These restorations are cemented onto the teeth and are referred to as "fixed" restorations rather than using a removable appliance or partial denture.

Not all crowns and bridges are created equal. The choice of material quality, artistry and expertise of the lab technician and dentist, and whether or not you want to “test drive” your new restoration with a temporary crown or bridge, will all affect the cost of your restoration.
